Susanne Orum 2008Susanne debuted in 1995 with the girl group Me – She & Her, who won a Grammy for “Best New Danish Act” and had a break through with the song “I Count the Minutes” by Diane Warren.

Susanne lives in Copenhagen and besides working on her own music, she’s contributed to more than 200 albums, arranging and singing backing vocals as well as producing lead vocals for other artists.

She has also layed vocals on several tv/radio jingles, cartoons and movies and leads her own R&B choir, Shiva – www.shivamusic.dk

Late summer 2006 Susanne did several showcases in New York and Philly and this summer 2008 she went to Seattle to promote her music. Now Susanne has put her first two singles out in UK: “If It’s Cool” (Soul Street 3) and “Heavenly Haze” (Essential Street Soul) and will soon be ready to release her debut album as a solo artist.

Susanne describes herself as passionate, honest, positive and hard-working.

She produces her own vocals and works with two of the hottest producers in Copenhagen: Mogens Palsbøll and Daniel Fridell.
